
PhD fellow in the Department of Food and Resource Economics at University of Copenhagen
Previously trained as an applied anthropologist, her research interest is centered around understanding the practices and processes of interorganizational collaboration and innovation in a temporary setting. She teaches entrepreneurship and innovation Master's courses with a particular focus on megatrends, qualitative research methods, design thinking, business model and business model canvas. She tries to bring the theoretical perspective into practices, while bridging the Natural Sciences disciplines with those of Humanities and Social Sciences.
