Prof. Dr. Ute Hülsheger is Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
Ute‘s research focuses on understanding work stress and occupational health-related phenomena, such as the role of day-to-day recovery from work, emotion regulation strategies, as well as the development and evaluation of health-related interventions in the context of work.
Ute’s work has been funded by the German Academic Exchange Service, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Dutch Research Council (NWO) and has been published in top tier outlets such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. She has served on various editorial boards, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Journal of Business and Psychology. Currently, she is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and serves as the head of the section Work and Organisational Psychology at Maastricht University.
