Level 2 – Teaching Tools

Week 1: Clinical Teaching Tools
The goal of this module is to provide you with a few useful strategies or approaches that can be used in clinical education encounters. The two frameworks have been well-studied for enhancing case-based teaching and learning.

Week 2: Asking Effective Questions : Knowledge and Comprehension
Active learning can be promoted through effective questioning of learners. In addition to promoting learning, asking questions provide teachers with valuable information about the learner; this can inform feedback and assessment. This module will focus on using questions to promote knowledge and comprehension.
