Mohamed Abdeltawab Ibrahim

Mohamed Abdel Tawab–Senior Learning and Development Expert at the Islamic Development Bank Institute. Mohamed holds a CIPD level 5 learning and development diploma from the UK, Human Resources Professional diploma from the Egyptian Banking Institute, and a training diploma from the American Society for Training and Development, USA. He got trained and certified in Train the Trainer (TTT), Mastery Instructional Designer, and Human Performance Management (HPI) at ATD - USA. And Project Management in Credit Suisse Bank–Zurich.

Prior to joining the Islamic Development Bank institute, - A member of IsDB, Mohamed worked as a Head of Training and senior trainer at Qatar National Bank QNB, Egypt. Also worked as a Senior Training Specialist at The Egyptian Banking Institute–Central Bank of Egypt, Cairo. Mohamed has previously also worked with the Commercial International Bank CIB and CITIBANK in Egypt.

Mohamed’s interests are in Training Need Analysis, Training Instructional Design, Training Evaluation processes, Human Performance Improvement, Adult Learning, Training Delivery, Banking Operation, and Islamic banking. Mohamed is currently studying for his Ph.D. at UPM Education School, Malaysia. In addition, he finished his master’s degree in Islamic Finance Practice from INCEIF, The Global University of Islamic Finance in Malaysia.
