Sari Mattila

Dr. Sari Mattila is a full-time visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. She received her Ph.D. degree from Tampere University of Technology in the field of Management and OB/HR after an integrated Master's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Joensuu. Before her academic career, she has worked in industry in various positions of responsibility. Dr Mattila's ongoing research is in the areas of Leadership, Psycho-social life in organisations, Spirituality and Traditional Wisdom, and Organizational Enlightenment.
