Optional in-person immersion

In the spring semester, the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Learning and Leadership offers an optional in-person immersion on the iconic University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. This immersion aims to enhance traditional learning by fostering community, connecting students with faculty, and providing exploration opportunities.

The immersion builds a supportive learner community through team-building, discussions, and campus events. Students interact with faculty, explore program opportunities, and connect with leaders in organizational learning and leadership, enriching their academic and professional journeys.
