Immersions

M.S. in Nursing students at the Wegmans School of Nursing participate in clinical rotations, which vary by program. Each of the four program options — PCFNP, PMHNP, AGPCNP, and AGACNP — requires 600 total hours of clinical experience in your community. Regardless of which program you choose, you will graduate with hands-on experience and tactical knowledge to support and care for your patients’ specific healthcare needs.

During clinical rotations, you will perform different tasks related to your chosen setting, all under the supervision of an advanced practitioner. Rotations must occur outside your current place of employment.
