Applicants can choose to start in the fall, spring, or summer and take advantage of various admissions benefits ranging from financial aid to transferable credits. Maryville keeps the admissions process simple so you can focus on what’s important: your education. 

To apply to the program, you must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The following is required for online applications:

  • Official high school transcript (Maryville will request transcripts for you)

  • English proficiency scores (International applicants may be required to submit scores that meet a certain threshold.)

Plan ahead for your master’s with Maryville’s Early Access program

Maryville’s Early Access program allows you to earn up to 12 credits toward your master’s degree during the last leg of your undergraduate degree. Once you’ve completed 90 credit hours or more of your bachelor’s degree (with a GPA of 3.25 or better), you may be eligible to get a head start on your master’s degree. 

Through Early Access, you can take graduate-level courses that count toward your undergraduate and graduate degrees. Graduate-level Early Access courses are billed at the undergraduate tuition rate — so you can save time and money.

Yes. Applicants with a cumulative GPA below 2.5 may be considered for provisional admission.
