Joe is a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. in EECS from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2008 and his M.S. and Ph.D. in EECS from MIT in 2010 and 2014, respectively.
