Matthew Phillips works for Rochester Regional Health (RRH) as Vice President of Health Informatics. His teams work extensively with the electronic medical record and are focused on strong metrics to support performance and to articulate value to senior executive stakeholders. Phillips helped form the Health Informatics organization at RRH, and has quickly returned on the system’s investment within the first year of its inception, a rare accomplishment. Phillips is also an Army veteran, having served in Operation Enduring Freedom. He holds an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, a BA in Mathematics, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certification as an Epic Clinical Content Builder.
