About me

Eugene coordinates the PhD programme in land management at the Faculty of Aerospace and Geodesy, Technical University of Munich, Germany. He is a member of the Commissions on “Surveying education” and “Spatial planning” of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG). He has managed international multi-stakeholder projects, co-funded by the GLTN/UN-Habitat, GIZ, and International Social Science Council and he is currently the co-Chair of the International Research and Training Cluster of the Global Land Tool Network (of UN-Habitat). Eugene developed the curricula (and module) content of the “land tenure” and “land use planning” parts of the MOOC “Introduction of Land Management”.
