The purpose of this professional certificate is to analyze corporate borrowers across broad industry groups to determine whether they are creditworthy and financially stable. In doing so, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the importance of stable and consistent cash flows. To drive concepts home, you will learn how to prepare financial projections and make recommendations about possible financing structures based on financial condition, performance and projections. You will also learn how to structure new debt facilities or funding arrangements based on assessment of risks, projections and outlook.
