About Me

Jingjing Zhang is an assistant professor of Information Systems at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in 2012. Dr. Zhang's research interests include personalization techniques, recommender systems, data mining, and human-computer interactions.

Her research has been published in multiple leading academic journals, including Information Systems Research, IEEE Transaction on Knowledge and Data Engineering, INFORMS Journal on Computing, and ACM Transactions on Information Systems. She has taught various business analytics and data management courses, including Big Data Technologies, Introduction to Data Mining, Business Analytics and Modeling, Data Management, and doctoral seminars on Personalization and Recommender Systems.

Jingjing was a recipient of the 2018 Indiana University Trustees' Teaching Award and was recently named to the Top 50 Undergraduate Professors by Poets and Quants.
