Jochen Wulf

Dr. Jochen Wulf is a senior lecturer for smart service engineering and data product design at ZHAW’s School of Engineering and the Institute for Data Analysis and Process Design (IDP). He is passionate about translating innovations in data science and machine learning into data-driven services that meet real customer demand. His research focuses on automating technical services, data-driven service prototyping, and designing AI service business cases.
